We do NOT reimburse or replace items lost or damaged in shipping or that have been misdelivered. Once we hand it over to USPS, it is out of our hands and in theirs. So shipping insurance is recommended.
What is actually covered?
Shipsurance covers loss, damage, and shortage while packages are in transit.
If you insured a package with Shipsurance file the claim directly with Shipsurance. Do not file a claim with the shipping carrier as Shipsurance coverage through this program starts from the first dollar.
